Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven initiatives for enterprise clients. This role requires strong expertise in capacity planning, resource utilization, and stakeholder management while delivering complex AI solutions on a scale.
Key Responsibilities •
- Own end-to-end (E2E) project management for AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics programs.
- Drive capacity planning and demand forecasting for AI delivery teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and platform engineers.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across multiple AI projects to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Manage stakeholders including clients, leadership teams, product owners, and technical architects.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and compliance with delivery governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Track delivery KPIs, project financials, and utilization metrics; provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
- Support presales and transition activities by contributing to project planning, resourcing, and delivery estimates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services or consulting organizations.
- Proven experience managing AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on expertise in capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. • Experience delivering projects using Agile / Scrum / Hybrid models.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and data pipelines (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certifications.
- Experience working with AI product teams, data science teams, and MLOps pipelines.
- Prior experience in global delivery and onsite-offshore engagement models.
